Achieve Sales Volumes/Portfolio as per budget.
Plan daily /monthly sales activities for Sales Officers.
Daily monitoring of sales progress- lead generation, customer meetings, closures.
Achieve monthly sales volumes for MSME and cross sell products.
Hire, train and maintain a Quality Sales Team
Collection responsibility for Soft Buckets.

Salary 3 Lac 50 Thousand To 5 Lac P.A.
