We create a team for the clients for the purpose of lead creation. We also help develop strategies in order to promote and sell products or services that the client deals in. In this role, we act as a bridge between the sales team and the management. We ensure the sales force is positive and geared up for the challenges. Based on research and need, we segment the market for a better focus. We also train the sales force on converting leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups, and an attitude to excel. We help them monitor the action in the market as well as in tracking competition and industry responses.
